2 players the Cleveland Browns must sign in free agency

At this time last year, the Cleveland Browns were gearing up for an exhilarating offseason. First and foremost, they would make a blockbuster trade to acquire Odell Beckham Jr. from the New York Giants.

Along with Beckham, the Browns also added Oliver Vernon on the opposite side of Myles Garrett. Then, most importantly, the front office decided to promote Freddie Kitchens to head coach for 2019.

When the team was assembled, most people shared the belief that Cleveland would become a legitimate contender in the AFC. Of course, in typical Browns fashion, they didn’t even come close to reaching their expectations.

Now, Kitchens is no longer the head coach and Kevin Stefanski has replaced him after one season as the offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings. The front office also thought it was best to part ways with John Dorsey, leaving their general manager spot vacant, for the time being.

Entering the offseason, Cleveland is projected to have nearly $50 million in cap space per Spotrac. That will leave them with plenty of money to bolster their roster for 2020.

The Browns, like most teams, are going to need to address some positions through free agency. In light of that, here are two players the Browns must sign in free agency.
