2 reasons the Browns should target Anthony Harris in free agency

Anthony Harris is going to be one of the most coveted free agents this offseason at the safety position. With Kevin Stefanski being named the next head coach of the Cleveland Browns, they could be a team that enters their name into the sweepstakes for Harris.

Even though Stefanski didn’t coach defense with the Minnesota Vikings, he was with the team from 2006-2019 as an offensive assistant of some sort. Therefore, he’s gotten a first-hand look at Harris in practice since Harris entered the NFL in 2015.

When Harris came into the league, he was an undrafted free agent out of Virginia, with a minimal role in Minnesota’s defense. Then, in the past couple of seasons, he’s begun to evolve into one of the best safeties in the NFL.

Besides Stefanski having experience with Harris, there are other reasons why Cleveland should sign the veteran safety. With that being said, here are the other reasons why the Browns should target Harris in free agency.
