3 bold goals for Packers QB Aaron Rodgers this offseason

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers put together an impressive 2019 NFL season. After missing the playoffs in each of the two previous seasons, Green Bay ended the year with a 13-3 regular season record and a trip to the NFC Championship Game. Unfortunately, they ended up losing to the San Francisco 49ers in that game by a final score of 37-20.

Now, the hopes are high once again surrounding the Packers. Rodgers and company have swagger and have an offseason to prepare, improve, and reflect.

While the Packers had a big season as a team, Rodgers has received a ton of criticism from fans and the media. Some have gone so far as to say that he is no longer among the NFL’s elite at the quarterback position. Others are simply saying that age is beginning to take a toll on him.

Rodgers ended the 2019 season with solid numbers. He completed 62 percent of his pass attempts for 4,002 yards, 26 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Those numbers are nothing to laugh at.

No matter what others may say, Rodgers enjoyed football again in 2019. He is excited about the future with the Packers for the first time in a few seasons. Green Bay is trending in the right direction.

All of that being said, let’s take a look at three bold offseason goals for Rodgers this coming offseason.
