3 early bold predictions for Broncos RB Melvin Gordon in 2020

The Denver Broncos put together a lackluster performance on offense during the 2019 season. Bringing in Melvin Gordon via free agency in addition to using most of the 2020 NFL Draft on receiving threats will undoubtedly help to turn things around

A significant issue for the Broncos last season was their inability to produce dynamic results on offense, especially with their passing plays. They ended up recording a league-worst 16 passing touchdowns while totaling just 3,115 passing yards (28th) overall.

As one might expect, having just Courtland Sutton and Noah Fant as a reliable receiving threat in a receiving corps simply wasn’t enough for the Broncos. It helped defenses to dial in more on stopping the run since the matchup presented itself.

It may take time for some rookies like Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler to hit their stride in 2020, but the boost in talent should help open up the running game for Gordon and Phillip Lindsay.

With that being said, here are three early bold predictions for Broncos running back Melvin Gordon during the 2020 season.
