The Carolina Panthers made a major free agency move on Tuesday afternoon, agreeing to a two-year deal with wide receiver Robby Anderson. Bringing in another dangerous weapon for new starting quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was an obvious priority for the team.

New head coach Matt Rhule has a lot of previous experience with Anderson during their time together at Temple. Anderson’s familiarity with Rhule likely helped this deal come together.

Last season with the New York Jets, Anderson caught 52 passes for 779 yards and five touchdowns. He has been productive each and every season with the Jets. Anderson is going to be a very productive weapon for the Panthers as well.

Carolina is looking to push their way back into playoff contention in 2020. Anderson is a piece that can help them achieve that goal.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three way-too-early bold predictions for Anderson with the Panthers in 2020.
