The 2020 NFL Draft is drawing closer and closer and there are plenty of teams who will enter it with a need at wide receiver. Tee Higgins may not be viewed as an “elite” prospect this year with Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb, and Henry Ruggs III taking that title, but he is going to make some team very happy.
At this point in time, Higgins is projected to end up being a late first round pick or an early second rounder.
Last season with the Clemson Tigers, Higgins caught 59 passes for 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns. He averaged 19.8 yards per reception, showing his ability to be a big-play threat and a possession receiver at the same time.
NFL.com has compared Higgins to Cincinnati Bengals star wideout A.J. Green. That comparison is intriguing and shows how much potential Higgins possesses. He stands in at 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds and has great speed, route-running, and athleticism.
All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three perfect landing spots for Higgins in the NFL Draft this year.
