3 potential offensive targets for the Panthers this offseason

It is officially rebuilding time in Carolina. The Panthers finished 5-11 and at the bottom of the NFC South in 2019. They parted ways with longtime head coach Ron Rivera and moved on to Matt Rhule. It is looking more and more like Cam Newton will be either released or traded come March.

What does this all mean? Rhule has a lot of work to do with this football team. Carolina is far removed from the 2015 team that finished 15-1 and lost in the Super Bowl. Aside from running back, this is a team that could use help at every position on the field.

Free agency is right around the corner and the draft will quickly follow. Next season will be a tough one for Carolina and Rhule in his first season as an NFL head coach. That does not mean that they should not try to improve. There are options out there for the Panthers and these are three offensive players that could be added this offseason.
