1. Jacob Eason, Washington
In his latest mock draft, Bucky Brooks of NFL.com has Green Bay taking Eason at No. 30.
Eason arrived at Georgia as the No. 2 quarterback prospect in the 2016 class and he started 12 games (played in all 13) as a freshman. But he was injured in 2017, which opened the door for Jake Fromm to take over and the rest was history as the Bulldogs reached the College Football Playoff. Eason then transferred back home to Washington, and had a solid if unspectacular season last year (3,132 yards, 23 touchdowns, eight interceptions, 64. percent completion rate).
Eason would probably benefit from sitting for a year or two to refine his skills, and Green Bay is obviously a spot he can do that.
