The Dallas Cowboys have a handful of big names they’ll be looking to retain this offseason, most notably quarterback Dak Prescott. Reports have suggested that Dak is looking to be the highest paid quarterback in the NFL this offseason and doesn’t seem to be budging on that stance.
If Jerry Jones and the Cowboys pony up and give Dak the contract he’s seeking, wideout Amari Cooper could be gone as a byproduct.
He projects to get a solid contract as well, so if Dallas has running back Ezekiel Elliot and Prescott locked up with big deals, there may not be enough money to keep Cooper in Dallas.
