4 defensive tackles listed as targets for the Dallas Cowboys

Ndamukong Suh, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

If the Cowboys are seeking an immediate answer at the defensive tackle spot, it’s difficult to say Ndamukong Suh is the choice. He is notorious for taking his time in free agency and he appears to be doing the same yet again this offseason.

Last season, Suh appeared in all 16 games for the Buccaneers and totaled 41 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and four passes defensed. He isn’t the dominant force that he once was during his time with the Detroit Lions, but he remains an impactful player with proven durability.

Suh is now 33-years-old and while he was productive last season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it still is something to think about when taking him into consideration. A short-term contract is likely the best route if the Cowboys were to sign him.
