The Las Vegas Raiders are entering a new era of their franchise this offseason. Simply seeing the city name of Las Vegas shows that clearly. Gone are the days of the Oakland Raiders and the diehard fan base that they had.

Jon Gruden and company were relatively competitive in 2019. They were unable to make the push into the playoffs, but the improvement was obvious. Now, they simply need to add more talent to their already talented core.

Derek Carr may have struggled at times, but he is still a very solid quarterback. Josh Jacobs came in as a rookie and proved that he can be a workhorse running back. Tyrell Williams showed promise as a No. 1 wide receiver, while Darren Waller was an elite tight end.

Everything is slowly falling into place for the Raiders as they focus on building their roster the right way. It will be an interesting offseason to follow along with Las Vegas.
