4. Isaiah Hodgins, Oregon State

At this point in time, Isaiah Hodgins is a guy who is projected to go anywhere between the fourth and sixth rounds of the NFL Draft. He has not received much hype throughout the pre-draft process, but could be a very solid addition for whoever takes a chance on him.

Standing in at 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds, Hodgins put together a big season at Oklahoma State in 2019. He caught 86 passes for 1,171 yards and 13 touchdowns. Those numbers show a bit of the potential he brings to the table.

Fans should start taking a long look at Hodgins. If he develops into his full potential, this kid could be something special.
