Chiefs: 3 early goals for tight end Travis Kelce in 2020

The Kansas City Chiefs pulled off the ultimate achievement in the NFL by winning the Super Bowl. A critical element to that success was tight end Travis Kelce and that will be no different in 2020.

During the 2019 regular season, Kelce received 136 targets resulting in 97 receptions, 1,229 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. It was the fourth consecutive season of his career with at least 1,000 receiving yards, setting a new NFL record.

Kelce elevated his contributions in the playoffs for the Chiefs. He hauled in 19 receptions on 22 targets, resulting in 207 receiving yards and four touchdowns. His presence was critical in many of Kansas City’s pivotal games in big moments along the way.

Coming off such an impressive run, Kelce has significant momentum heading into the upcoming season after such an impressive run. It will be fascinating to see what he can accomplish during the upcoming season.
