Eagles: 3 early bold predictions for WR DeSean Jackson in 2020

When DeSean Jackson came back to the Philadelphia Eagles last offseason, the expectations were high. He was the first legitimate deep threat Carson Wentz has ever had, and it showed in his week 1 performance last year.

Jackson hauled in eight catches for over 150 yards and a pair of touchdowns in his first game back in midnight green. He seemed like he’d be a staple of the Eagles air attack all season. But unfortunately, Jackson only played 14 snaps the rest of the season after suffering a core muscle injury in week 2.

With an entire offseason to get healthy, Jackson is determined to make a statement in 2020. He took to Instagram earlier this week to express his displeasure with some of the narratives surrounding him; one of them being that he can’t be a No. 1 wideout anymore.

A motivated DeSean Jackson is bad news for the rest of the NFL, and Eagles fans should be excited about what he may bring to the field in 2020. Here are three early bold predictions for No. 10.
