There has been no division in the NFL more lopsided than the AFC East. The New England Patriots have won the division 11 years in a row. Since 2003, the Patriots have finished out of first place just once. Hope was sent for the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, and New York Jets when Tom Brady signed a two-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in free agency.

The Buffalo Bills won 10 games in 2019 and were on the cusp of a playoff victory in Houston before it went south. They will be the favorite to dethrone New England in 2020.

The division also features two rebuilding franchises in the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. One team is rebuilding better than the other. Surprise, it is not the Jets.

The 2020 NFL season will be the most entertaining season in the AFC East since the Patriots finished second in 2008. One thing all four teams have in common is that they are not perfect. Here is one glaring weakness from each team heading into the season.
