The 2020 NFL season may or may no be played out normally depending on how things go in the coming months with the COVID-19 pandemic. Assuming the season goes on as scheduled, the NFC South is going to be a very fun and competitive division to watch.

At this point in time, there are very few divisions with the kind of quarterback play that the NFC South will field. With Tom Brady making the shocking decision to leave the New England Patriots to sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he joins Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater, and Matt Ryan as the starting signal callers.

Most fans and media members expect the Saints and Buccaneers to be Super Bowl contenders. As for the Panthers and Falcons, some think they will contend for a playoff spot, while others expect them to miss the postseason altogether.

From the outside looking in, it might be hard to rank the starting quarterbacks in the NFC South. However, at this point in the offseason, it is fun to take a long look at it and give it a shot.

Let’s dive in and take a look at how the starting quarterbacks in the division rank among each other.

  1. Matt Ryan at 4 is absolutely laughable. In what world is Teddy B ever even close to as good at Matt? What a joke.

  2. You’re an idiot for think Matt Ryan should be behind a quarterback who hasn’t even thrown 20 touchdowns (14 is his most). I could be fired at my job for being this stupid. Luckily your job can’t cause physical harm to anyone

  3. You know it was coming how in the hell is Teddy Bridgewater a head on Matt Ryan he ain’t been to Super Bowl don’t get me wrong all these quarterbacks are good but y’all really do hate Matt Ryan I don’t see nothing wrong with him and Drew Brees have won but won Super Bowl Tom Brady is good to but here the end of his career but what it all boils down to y’all always hated Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons he is a Hall of Fame the defense is the problem not that offense

  4. In what fairytale berenstain bears, oompa loompa, candy la la land world do you live in to think that Teddy Bridgewater is ranked a better quarterback than Matt Ryan? A QB who has been around over 10 years in the NFL, who has broken records, is in the top 10 all time passing yards, about to pass John Elway in passing yards, a future hall-of-famer, and a former league MVP is not as good as a guy who didn’t even start last year and just joined a whole new system. This article is laughable, a joke, and your employer honestly needs to reevaluate why they employ you as a sports writer if you honestly believe something like this.
