The Green Bay Packers are coming off a very strong campaign. While the crushing defeat at the hands if the 49ers surely left a sour taste in their mouths, the Packers should still be looked at as one of the NFL’s best teams.

During the offseason, Green Bay made some very interesting moves. While Green Bay drafting Jordan Love with their first-round pick was unexpected, it shows the front office’s confidence in the players currently on the roster. To the dismay of many, the rest of what the Packers did in the offseason as overlooked.

It was quietly a productive free agency period for the Packers. They signed a very solid linebacker in Christian Kirksey to help secure the middle of the defense after Blake Martinez elected to depart in free agency. They even found a good replacement for long-time right tackle Bryan Bulaga.

Green Bay feels as though they have a core group of young guys that they can build a dynasty around. Instead of drafting another weapon for Aaron Rodgers, they secured their future with a quarterback that has Rodgers-like potential. Overall, they appear primed to contend again in 2020.

With that being said, there are four reasons why the Packers should be viewed as a favorite to win Super Bowl 55
