4. Dwayne Haskins
The Washington Redskins are set to start Dwayne Haskins at quarterback in 2020. He will obviously need to execute well enough to keep that job with Kyle Allen and Alex Smith both under contract with the organization.
It was a rough introduction to the NFL for Haskins in the beginning but he displayed legitimate progression as the season went on. He ended up completing 58.6 percent of his pass attempts resulting in 1,365 passing yards, seven touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
The supporting cast Haskins will have to work with will not make things easier on him either. Aside from Terry McLaurin, the receiving threats in Washington’s offense are underwhelming while having multiple concerning holes on the offensive line.
Let’s not forget, not only will the surrounding talent make things more difficult for Haskins, he still has to get used to playing for a new head coach, too. That overall combination of circumstances will give the Redskins a great look into both his resolve and talent level.
