The Raiders Need More Speed

Starting things off, the Raiders are in need of one thing at wide receiver. That quality would be speed, and Ruggs has plenty of it. He would be exactly what the doctor ordered for the offense.

At 5-foot-11 and 188 pounds, Ruggs may be small, but he ran a 4.27 40-yard dash at the NFL Draft Combine. That number should intrigue the Raiders. Bringing in a speedster to play alongside Tyrell Williams, Nelson Agholor, and Hunter Renfrow would make a lot of sense.

Ruggs would be able to play out of the slot, but he could also play outside if needed. Some believe he could end up being a No. 1 wideout at some point and the Raiders should have major interest in bringing him in.
