He Has Come Nowhere Close To His Full Potential

Finally, the Raiders would be getting a wide receiver with a ton of untapped potential. Ruggs is already viewed as a lethal weapon for whoever gets him, but he has a lot of room to grow as a player.

Gruden loves developing young talent and Ruggs would give him a great task. If the Raiders are able to get the most out of Ruggs, he could turn into their top wide receiver. He legitimately has that much talent.

Ruggs is much more than just speed. He is a playmaker, a great route runner, and he is a winner. Las Vegas would be a great landing spot for him and they should consider him with one of their first-round selections.
