Why the Raiders should target Oklahoma LB Kenneth Murray at No. 19 in the NFL Draft

Looking ahead at the 2020 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders have yet another chance to add elite young talent to their roster. Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock have to be excited about the players they will have a chance to take with their first-round picks.

For this article, we’re going to focus on one guy the Raiders should take a close look at and target at No. 19 overall.

Kenneth Murray is a star linebacker coming out of Oklahoma and is one of the top talents available in this NFL Draft class. Oakland needs some help at linebacker, so this fit would make perfect sense.

During the 2019 season with the Sooners, Murray ended up having a monster year. He racked up 102 total tackles to go along with four sacks and four defended passes. The Raiders should absolutely be interested in bringing him on board to beef up their defense.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three reasons why Murray to the Raiders would be a perfect addition.
