2 bold predictions for Buccaneers WR Antonio Brown in 2021

Antonio Brown, Buccaneers
NFL Analysis Network

The last few years have been a complete roller coaster for Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wide receiver Antonio Brown. After being one of the NFL’s biggest superstars for years with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Brown has been through a ton of off-the-field issues. Many thought his career had come to an end, but he rejuvenated it last year after signing with the Bucs.

Brown ended the 2020 season with 45 receptions for 483 yards and four touchdowns in just eight games. He also racked up eight catches for 81 yards and two scores during the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl winning postseason run.

Heading into the offseason, the expectation was that Brown would quickly re-sign with the Buccaneers. While he didn’t re-sign quickly, he did end up inking a deal with Tampa Bay.

Looking ahead to the upcoming 2021 NFL season, the expectations for Brown remain unclear. He could bounce back to being an elite superstar at the wide receiver position, or he could struggle again. We’re here to shed some light on what fans and Fantasy Football players should be expecting from him.

With all of that being said, let’s take a look at two bold predictions for Antonio Brown in 2021 with the Buccaneers.

2. He Plays The Entire Season

Due to his recent history, some fans are still skeptical that we have heard the last of off-the-field drama surrounding Brown. However, that will not be the case this season. Brown is going to play the entire season and fans will not hear anything about him except what he does on the field.

Brown seems to have realized that his NFL career nearly came to an end. Even though there were times that he stated he would never play the game again, it is still very clear that he loves the game of football.

First and foremost, the Buccaneers need him to stay on the field. Apart from the importance of how he plays, Brown’s availability to play is the most important factor for him in 2021. No one should worry too much about him getting into trouble.

1. Brown Ends The Season As A Top-Five Wide Receiver

Lastly, but no less importantly than the first bold prediction, Brown will get back to being the superstar that he was with the Steelers. He showed last season in the eight games he played that he can still be elite. With a full offseason under his belt and coming back to an offense with Tom Brady leading the way, Brown will produce big numbers.

We are predicting that Brown will not only be a star, but he will be a top-five receiver this season. Our predictions for him are 85 receptions for 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Those numbers would place him back into the category of being one of the best players in the entire league. Brady and Antonio Brown have top-notch chemistry and that will be on full display this season. Brown will prove that he still is one of the best and is going to be fun to watch all year long.
