2 huge reasons Jerry Jeudy and the Colts make perfect sense for each other

As the Indianapolis Colts prepare for the upcoming NFL offseason, Chris Ballard has quite a few decisions to make. Should he go after another quarterback or stick with Jacoby Brissett for another year? Is this finally the season he should spend money, or should he continue to play it safe?

In addition to those questions, the Colts will also have to decide what direction to go with the No. 13 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Ballard has shown the ability to nail draft pick after draft pick and this year needs to be the same.

Looking at current mock drafts, there is one intriguing offensive playmaker that could be available when the Colts are on the clock. That playmaker would be Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Jerry Jeudy.

At one point, Jeudy was being mocked in the top-seven and there was no chance he could drop this far. For whatever reason, he has been dropping. There is still a good chance that another team scoops him up, but if they don’t, Indianapolis would be a perfect landing spot.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at two huge reasons why the Colts and Jeudy would make perfect sense at No. 13 in the NFL Draft.
