There Is Still No Denying The Talent Valdes-Scantling Possesses

Green Bay is not in a position to give up on talent at this point in time. Brian Gutekunst will have his work cut out for him adding players with the amount of cap space the Packers have to work with. Marquez Valdes-Scantling may not have produced big numbers in 2019, but there is no denying his talent.

Standing in at 6-foot-4 and 206 pounds with top-notch speed and athleticism, Valdes-Scantling could become a star if he develops. He has also been working hard on his craft, even working out with former NFL superstar Randy Moss.

Valdes-Scantling should not be released this offseason. Green Bay absolutely needs to add a wide receiver in free agency or the draft, but he should be given one more chance to prove himself.
