2 massive bold predictions for Vikings QB Kirk Cousins in 2020

Kirk Cousins, Vikings
NFL Analysis Network

Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings are heading into the 2020 NFL season looking to take the next step towards Super Bowl contention. They were a good football team in 2019 and finished the regular season with a 10-6 record. In the playoffs, they upset the New Orleans Saints on the road in the Wild Card.

In order to take the next step this season, the Vikings will need improvement on both sides of the football. Offensively, they will need Cousins and company to be more consistent. Defensively, they need to slow down opposing passing attacks.

During the 2019 season with the Vikings, Cousins ended up completing 69.1 percent of his pass attempts for 3,603 yards, 26 touchdowns, and six interceptions. He may have lost Stefon Diggs this offseason, but the presence of a healthy Adam Thielen and rookie Justin Jefferson bodes well.

Cousins has gone from being a good starter to a true franchise quarterback. He is absolutely capable of powering a team deep into the playoffs.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at two massive bold predictions for Kirk Cousins this coming season.
