2 players the San Francisco 49ers should try to trade for this offseason

The San Francisco 49ers boasted one of the best defenses in the NFL in 2019 en route to their journey to the Super Bowl. As dominant as the defense was, there are still areas to improve before the defense becomes elite on all three levels.

Of the three levels of San Francisco’s defense, the weakest link was the secondary. Besides Richard Sherman, the 49ers don’t have a cornerback that they can consistently rely upon.

Additionally, San Francisco could consider scouring the trade market for available options. In light of that, here are two players the 49ers should try to trade for this offseason.
