2 reasons Tee Higgins would be a perfect fit for the Bengals at No. 33 in the NFL Draft

The perfect replacement for A.J. Green

With A.J. Green set to hit the open market in free agency this offseason, there’s no reason the team shouldn’t search for his replacement in the draft.

Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing in at 215 pounds, Higgins’ frame is a spitting image of Green’s. Higgins also has great quickness off the line of scrimmage for how big he is and he displayed remarkable red-zone ability throughout his collegiate. He was frequently tasked with running quick slants and fade routes on the goal line, and more often than not, he came down with the ball in the end zone.

During his 2019 season, Higgins hauled in 59 receptions for 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns. He also averaged nearly 20 yards per catch, proving he’s one of the best deep threats in this year’s draft class.

Replacing an aging A.J. Green with the 21-year-old Higgins should be a seamless transition.
