2 sleeper targets for the Chicago Bears at No. 43 in the NFL Draft

Brycen Hopkins, Bears, NFL Draft

Brycen Hopkins, Tight End, Purdue

First up, the Bears could be looking at bringing in a new tight end this offseason. They showed major interest in signing veteran tight end Greg Olsen following his release from the Carolina Panthers. Unfortunately, Olsen ended up signing with the Seattle Seahawks.

Chicago could turn to the No. 43 overall pick to acquire a tight end. There is one guy that would make a lot of sense for them. That guy would be Purdue standout tight end Brycen Hopkins.

Last season with the Boilermakers, Hopkins ended up catching 61 passes for 830 yards and seven touchdowns. He is an athletic tight end that can make plays vertically or over the middle.

At 6-foot-5 and 245 pounds with great speed, Hopkins would provide Trubisky with the kind of target he needs. This would be an incredibly high value pick at this stage in the second round.
