Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have had a remarkable offseason, being able to sign Tom Brady and acquire Rob Gronkowski in a trade. Despite their notable additions on offense, the Buccaneers still had a glaring need at offensive tackle.

Fortunately for Tampa Bay, teams passed on one of the top-tier offensive tackles in the first round of the NFL Draft, allowing them to trade up and get Tristan Wirfs. Once Wirfs continued to fall to the No. 13 pick, the Buccaneers knew they had to trade with the San Francisco 49ers to secure him.

Standing at 6-foot-5, 320 pounds, Wirfs is an athletic tackle that will provide an immediate boost in the trenches for Tampa Bay. It’s been quite the offseason for fans of the Buccaneers and it got even better after selecting Wirfs in the first round of the NFL Draft.
