2020 NFL Draft: 7-Round Pre-Combine Mock Draft For The Ravens

Round 5 – Pick 24: Shyheim Carter, Safety, Alabama

After Chuck Clark’s extension, the Ravens released Tony Jefferson and his large cap number. With that said, they are going to need to replace him and give Clark a backup.

Carter would fit perfectly behind Clark with his ability to deliver the big hit and play nickel corner. Carter would be able to play nickel linebacker as well, similar to Anthony Levine the past few seasons.

He is known as a super smart player that can play the run and cover inside routes. Baltimore should take a long look at him.
