Keanu Neal, Safety, Atlanta Falcons

Finally, the Bears could be looking to make a move at the safety position. They currently have Eddie Jackson at free safety and Tashaun Gipson at strong safety. An upgrade at strong safety could be of interest to Chicago.

Keanu Neal is set to hit free agency next offseason. He has only been able to play four games the last two seasons due to injury. Back in 2017, however, Neal was a star for the Falcons, racking up 116 total tackles to go along with three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, one interception, and six defended passes.

A pairing of Jackson and Neal in the secondary would be deadly. If Neal can stay healthy, he would be the perfect missing piece for the Bears’ defense.

Chicago has always prided themselves on having a strong defense. They still have arguably one of the most dangerous defenses in the NFL. Neal would be an ideal target for the Bears next offseason on the NFL free agency market.
