The Cleveland Browns entered last season being talked about as a potential Super Bowl contender. Unfortunately, when everything was said and done, they disappointed their fan base once again and ended up missing the playoffs.
Following the disappointing season, the Browns made the decision to fire head coach Freddie Kitchens after just one year in the position. They brought in former Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator Kevin Stefanski to replace him. Cleveland is hoping that the move pays off.
Baker Mayfield took a huge step back under Kitchens in 2019. He went from being one of the most hyped up players in the NFL to being labeled a potential bust. There is no denying his potential, but it is time for him to put everything together in 2020 with a ton of talent surrounding him.
It will be an interesting season to keep an eye on the Browns. They no longer have the Super Bowl hype, but they absolutely have the talent to compete.
