Last offseason, there were a ton of negative headlines about Aaron Rodgers and what kind of teammate and leader he was. The rumors and “news” never seemed to stop. Rodgers was able to quiet the noise in 2019 with a very successful season.
Rodgers showed off a great relationship with LaFleur in their first season together. No one talked about the sour relationship that Rodgers reportedly had with McCarthy or how he didn’t want to be coached. In fact, Rodgers seemed very interested in bouncing ideas off of his head coach and vice versa.
This offseason, Rodgers could focus on getting teammates together for workouts. He could meet with LaFleur and focus on game plans and on point number three from this article by mastering the offense. Rodgers simply needs to be active for Green Bay and work on getting better himself and helping his teammates improve around him.
