3 bold goals for Ravens QB Lamar Jackson this offseason

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

2. Continue Working On Leadership Skills

Lamar Jackson is a heck of a football player and no one will try to dispute that anymore. He may have had his doubters before this season, but no one can stand up and call him a mediocre quarterback anymore.

However, Jackson could use some work on his skills as a leader. He has been heard on the sideline saying very mature things for a young quarterback, but it’s time to take that to the next level. Baltimore needs him to be able to command the offense in every aspect and when things aren’t going well, as they didn’t against the Titans, he needs to be able to reset things and turn them around before it’s too late.

This is a goal that the Ravens shouldn’t be too concerned about, but accomplishing it would make the team even more dangerous in big games.
