2. Josh Norman, Washington Redskins
The Redskins made the decision to release Josh Norman recently, which will give him a chance to test the market. Norman would make a lot of sense on a two or three-year deal with the Broncos. He may not be the superstar that he once was, but he is still capable of making a major impact.
Norman had a roller-coaster season in 2019 with the Redskins. He went from being a starter at the beginning of the season to being benched later in the year.
In the 12 games he ended up playing for Washington, he recorded 40 tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, one interception, and six defended passes. Not too bad for a veteran who many have called “washed up.”
Denver would not be signing Norman to be their one move fix for the secondary, but he would be a quality addition.
