3. Kyle Van Noy, New England Patriots

First up, the Raiders should take a look at signing a former New England Patriots defensive leader. Kyle Van Noy is expected to end up re-signing with the Patriots, but will have a lot of teams interested in signing him.

Van Noy would be a nice fit for the middle of the Las Vegas defense. He racked up 56 total tackles in 2019 with New England to go along with 6.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and three defended passes.

Las Vegas needs a linebacker who can make sure tackles and get to the quarterback when called upon. Van Noy fits that bill. If he does end up leaving the Patriots, the Raiders should be one of the first teams going after him.
