1. Robby Anderson, New York Jets

The New York Jets are reportedly looking to make a push to re-sign wide receiver Robby Anderson. Despite that fact, the Raiders should make a push to sign him. Anderson would be a massive addition for the Las Vegas offense and would be able to give Carr the deep threat that he desperately needs.

Anderson caught 52 passes for 779 yards and five touchdowns. Standing in at 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds, Anderson possesses elite speed and will draw a ton of interest on the open market.

Las Vegas should be aggressive in their pursuit of him from the get-go this offseason. Mayock should view him as their top priority. Anderson to the Raiders makes too much sense for the two sides to not talk about a deal.
