3 free agents the Browns need to re-sign this offseason

2. Rashard Higgins, Wide Receiver

Cleveland has an amazing one-two punch at the wide receiver position in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. However, they need to have a quality third wide receiver who complements them well.

Rashard Higgins is never going to be an elite wide receiver, but he is an excellent third option. He didn’t have much of a role in 2019, catching just four passes for 55 yards and a touchdown. In 2018 though, Higgins caught 39 passes for 572 yards and four touchdowns.

Standing in at 6-foot-1 and nearly 200 pounds, Higgins is a very talented player who won’t break the bank. Cleveland should look to bring him back on a one or two-year contract to provide much-needed depth at receiver.
