2. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Safety

Cleveland will likely look brand new at the safety position in 2020. They need an upgrade and some may think that a guy like Ha Ha Clinton-Dix can offer them that increase in talent.

Unfortunately, Clinton-Dix is not the answer and the Browns should not even consider the option. While he has put up decent numbers throughout his career, he has a bad problem with missing tackles and getting burnt at times in coverage. Cleveland can’t afford to spend money on that.

Clinton-Dix would be a nice fit for some teams, but not for the Browns. They need safeties who can make tackles and consistently cover receivers down the field.
