3 free agents the Pittsburgh Steelers must stay away from this offseason

Eric Ebron, Tight End, Indianapolis Colts

Let’s start this list off with a tight end, which could potentially be the top position of need for the Steelers this offseason.

Eric Ebron simply didn’t look good in 2019 for the Colts. After a major breakout season in 2018, he was an absolute non-factor and showed a concerning inability to catch passes consistently. Pittsburgh cannot afford to bring him in and have that trend continue.

Not only was Ebron struggling on the field, he was also causing some issues in the locker room due to his lack of a big role. The Steelers should look elsewhere for an upgrade at the tight end position.
