3 ideal second-round targets for the Chicago Bears

Jaylon Johnson, Panthers, NFL Draft

Jaylon Johnson, Cornerback, Utah

Finally, the Bears could use some more help at cornerback. There is one guy who would be an ideal fit with this pick if he is still on the board. That prospect would be Utah’s Jaylon Johnson.

Johnson has major playmaking potential at the NFL level and recorded seven interceptions in three seasons with the Utes. In 2019, he had 36 tackles, two interceptions, a defensive touchdown, and 11 defended passes.

Chicago could look at a guy like LSU’s Kristian Fulton with this pick, but Johnson would be a better option. There is a good chance he will be gone, but if he isn’t, don’t be surprised if he finds a home with the Bears.
