3. Henry Ruggs III, Wide Receiver, Alabama
Should the Cowboys end up going with an offensive talent, Henry Ruggs III would be an ideal target. There is a good chance he will be gone by the time the No. 17 overall pick comes around, but if he is there, Jerry Jones and company could take a shot on him.
Ruggs is the definition of speed and the Cowboys could use more speed and a slot receiver with Randall Cobb leaving town in free agency. A trio of wide receivers in Cooper, Michael Gallup, and Ruggs would be lethal for Prescott.
Last season with the Crimson Tide, Ruggs racked up 40 receptions for 746 yards and seven touchdowns. He averaged 18.6 yards per reception, showing off his big-play ability. Dallas would see their aerial attack take a big leap forward with the addition of the Alabama wideout.
