Henry Ruggs III, Wide Receiver, Alabama

Finally, we’re going to end this list with another wide receiver. Henry Ruggs III might actually be the best fit the Raiders could possibly find at No. 12 in the NFL Draft.

Ruggs has been rising up draft boards quickly throughout the draft process. He is no longer viewed as just speed and many think he could end up being a No. 1 wideout. Adding his playmaking ability across from Tyrell Williams would give Derek Carr the kind of dangerous target he has needed.

The Raiders will have a shot at Ruggs, although he has been projected to be a top-10 pick quite often lately. If he falls to No. 12, it wouldn’t be shocking at all to see Ruggs end up with Las Vegas.
