Minnesota Vikings
It has been a tough offseason for the Minnesota Vikings when it comes to the cornerback position. They no longer have their three starting cornerbacks from 2019 as Xavier Rhodes, Mackensie Alexander, and Trae Waynes have all departed.
It’s understandable to have caution when it comes to entertaining the possibility of drafting Diggs from the Vikings’ perspective. They just had to trade away his brother, Stefon, after one too many attempts at voicing his displeasure with the organization.
Putting the negative that came from Stefon Diggs aside, adding talented prospects at the cornerback position is a must. It won’t be too difficult to accomplish this either considering they have multiple first-round selections well within projected range of talented corner prospects.
