Chris Harris Jr., Free Agent

Next up, the Seahawks could choose to open up their checkbook in free agency to bring in a star cornerback. Chris Harris Jr. is set to hit free agency after a long and successful tenure with the Denver Broncos. He is open to returning to Denver, but the two sides haven’t had much success when discussing numbers.

Harris didn’t have the most amazing season from a numbers perspective, but he did end up with 56 total tackles, one forced fumble, one interception, and six defended passes. He had a much bigger year in 2018 for the Broncos with 49 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, one defensive touchdown, and 10 defended passes.

At 30 years old, Harris still has a few more years left in his prime. With the Seahawks having an open window for contention, they should strongly consider bringing him in on a three or four-year deal with the hope that he can become their legitimate No. 1 cover corner.
