2. Indianapolis Colts
Another team with a major need at wide receiver is the Indianapolis Colts, who did not make a move at the position in free agency. Chris Ballard has been very aggressive this offseason, adding veteran quarterback Philip Rivers, star defensive end DeForest Buckner, and former All-Pro cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
Right now, the Colts will be on the clock with the No. 34 overall pick. Many mock drafts have had Tee Higgins sliding to the early stages of the second round.
Ballard and the Colts would be wise to take Higgins if he is available. Having a 6-foot-4 wideout across from T.Y. Hilton is exactly what Rivers needs. Indianapolis is in win-now mode and adding Higgins would help them with that goal.
