Jon Gruden and the Raiders have to be placed somewhere on this list. Due to the fact that the already have Derek Carr and Marcus Mariota on their roster, they will come in at No. 3.

Jordan Love to Las Vegas would make a lot of sense long-term for the Raiders. There have been a ton of questions about whether or not Carr is the right fit moving forward for the franchise. Mariota is a former No. 2 overall pick, but has never showed the consistency to be a franchise quarterback.

Bringing Love in would give the Raiders a chance to develop him behind two veteran quarterbacks. He could learn the game and be mentored by Gruden, who loves working with young quarterbacks. This fit could make a lot of sense for both sides.
