Finally, there is one prospect that stands head and shoulders above the rest as a fit for the Bengals with the No. 33 overall pick. Clemson wide receiver Tee Higgins would be a massive addition for the Bengals to pair with Joe Burrow.

Cincinnati is widely expected to bring back star wideout A.J. Green. Adding a guy like Higgins to go along with Green and Tyler Boyd would be a great receiving corps for the young quarterback.

Higgins caught 59 passes for 1,167 yards and 13 touchdowns in 2019 with the Tigers. He averaged an impressive 19.8 yards per reception, which shows off his playmaking ability. While he is a playmaker, he is a capable possession receiver as well.

If he is still available with this pick, the Bengals should scoop him up without question.
