3 perfect options for the Bills at No. 22 overall in the NFL Draft

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Laviska Shenault

Besides finding a taller receiver, the Bills could benefit from selecting someone that is physical with the ball in his hands. In that case, Buffalo should look no further than Laviska Shenault out of Colorado.

Over the course of his collegiate career, Shenault was a battering ram with the ball in his hands. Standing at 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, Shenault is built like a running back and doesn’t shy away from contact.

As a matter of fact, Shenault was used as a weapon in Colorado’s rushing attack in his final two seasons in college, carrying the ball for 276 yards and seven touchdowns.

While he’s capable of stretching the field vertically, he excels when he’s given the ball in space. The types of plays that Brian Daboll could dial-up for the Bills offense with Shenault would be endless.
