3 perfect options for the Browns with the No. 10 pick in the NFL Draft

Nelson Chenault-USA TODAY Sports

Derrick Brown, Defensive Line, Auburn

The Browns need more help on the defensive line and it was apparent in 2019. Derrick Brown is going to be a top-12 pick and Cleveland can only hope that he slips to them.

Standing in at 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, Brown would be an immediate boost for Cleveland. In 2019 with the Auburn Tigers, Brown ended up recording 55 total tackles to go along with four sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and four defended passes. Those numbers show the production he is capable of providing.

Shoring up the interior of the line should be a priority for the Browns. Taking Brown at No. 10 would beef up the run defense and he could provide some pass rush as well. He may be gone by the time Cleveland is on the clock, but he would be an ideal fit.
